Abstract: Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to the effect coronavirus outbreak on e-learning policy in Iranian universities. Research methodology: This research a combined type and includes section that has practical writing. In order collect information first part, method library studies theoretical analysis been used. second part was controlled. Results: Systematic review conducted field variables showed appropriate policy-making education, especially virtual leads constructive change educational system will lead lifelong applied education learning.Individual social note. quantitative data performed using spss25 software. results 4 hypotheses prevalence significant Limitations: Lack availability samples during corona. این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
